The second Jazz x3 event hosted by the JET Collective in partnership with the Y and featuring

ZOO, Best Jazz Artist at the 2007 UK New Music Awards performing tracks from their latest album ‘Psychodrama’ (featuring special guest Guy Barker). http://www.zoo-music.co.uk

Beats & Pieces, the 14-strong Manchester ensemble and winners of the 2011 European Young Artists’ Jazz Award. www.beatsnpieces.net

The event also featured the afternoon JET Jazz Clinic, an opportunity for local musicians to interact, discuss and play with some of the artists (Stuart McCallum, John Sanderson from ZOO and Ben Cottrell & Anton Hunter from Beats & Pieces) – plus a Musicians Union networking event.
